The InterContinental is just a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, where the conference program is taking place.
ROOM RATES
Standard: US $249 per day
Room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, applicable service fees, and hotel-specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the Conference. Conference room rates are based on availability. Conference attendees are encouraged to make reservations no later than April 11, 2008. Subject to hotel availability, the rates established will also be offered for an additional four days prior to and after the official Conference arrival and departure dates of April 27, 2008, and April 30, 2008.

HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS
To reserve your accommodations, please contact the InterContinental Los Angeles at 1.800.227.6963 for U.S. and international callers, and mention the IPBA 2008 Annual Conference.
Individual reservations are entitled to the group rate if the guest makes their reservations and pays a deposit equal to the room rate for one night plus occupancy tax currently at 14% (plus $0.19 California Assessment Tax) at the time of making the reservation. Subject to availability, the Hotel will allow Group members to extend their stay up to four (4) days prior and four (4) days after the official meeting dates at the group rate based upon availability. Furthermore, reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis. Provided Hotel has standard rooms available, the Group rate of $249 will apply.
Any guaranteed reservation that is considered a “no show” will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax and will be charged to the individual credit card and is non-refundable.
All reservations require a one night’s deposit, by check or credit card, for each room reserved. Cancellation will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours, a cancellation will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax and will be charged to the individual credit card.
Please note guest check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Every attempt will be made to accommodate those guests arriving prior to 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 12:00 P.M.
A credit card is required upon check-in to guarantee incidentals. Guests who do not wish to provide a credit card will be required to provide daily cash deposit of $100.00.
